advice column

Honestly, how do you offer your 2 cents to someone... say ur friend... whom you know will not listen?

You dont.

Hey, after all, nobody likes to be told what to do.

But they expect you to be around when things do not go as planned.

So do just that.

Setting examples are the best way to impose teachings on someone anyway.

Makes me wonder, how will generation Z take advices? The eight ball, perhaps?

everyone thinks they know better. knowing that, we always should keep an open mind to our weaknesses.
It's the classic intelligence trap... where you think you're brilliant and you're stuck within the confines of your intelligence limitations.

gen z is on a whole other level. i think we should learn where people are coming from, why they do the things they do. the only way to do justice to them and to us when we want to offer some form of advice.
The essence of it all, i think is to love kids and not benci kanak2.

good point on dot benci kanak2.. I have a good thing to share. I will make another entry for that (on this whole generation Y, generation Z issue). hehe..

i also agree on having an open mind to our weaknesses. I have come to accept that I am perfectly imperfect and it is okay. Its nice to have something else to say about someone when defining them. You dotn want to be caught dead as someone which everyone defines as "perfectionist".

Boring and yes, if you're a perfectionist u are better dead than alive cos you do not fit in this imperfect world of ours.
